I know for sure. The plates are full/real/legit. I have a barbell like that and weights like those. That barbell is around 5lbs. The weights are 15lbs each (so she's only benching 65lbs aka 29.5kgs). Look at the way the front of the bench moves after she puts the barbell down at 30 secs. Do you really think a lightweight 5lb barbell would make a solid bench move like that and with her on it too? No fucking chance. Weights are legit. End of story.
